I purchased the Air Ram to use in a restaurant on very flat carpet. After the first use I was in LOVE. Swivels super easily around tables & chairs, and I don’t have a stupid cord to deal with. However, after about 3 weeks everything seemed to go downhill. The battery no longer holds the charge it did initially, I would go from 4 bars to 1 bar in about 15 minutes, and then it would just die before the 20 minute mark. (Battery life is supposed to be 30 minutes.) Thinking I had a bad battery, I exchanged it for another one but the same thing happened! I was charging the battery every day and I don’t know if it was meant for such heavy usage.
